Julianne works with children, adolescents, and families, creating a safe, supportive space where collaboration, creativity, and play help guide growth and healing.
She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and has experience supporting clients across a variety of settings and levels of care. Julianne has worked with children, teens, and families navigating divorce, as well as leading therapy groups for both early childhood and high school students. She also has extensive experience working with neurodiverse children and families, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
Julianne draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, and Family Therapy. She emphasizes the importance of caregiver involvement in a child’s therapeutic journey, recognizing that family collaboration is key to lasting progress. In her sessions, Julianne integrates humor, movement, art, and music to create a supportive environment where children and families can feel engaged, understood, and empowered.
“My hope is that each client I work with feels seen and valued, and that families leave sessions feeling more connected and supported. I strive to bring warmth, creativity, and playfulness to the process of healing. My clients have taught me to not underestimate the power of shared joy and connection, and I aim to create a safe environment where connection can lead to healing.”
