I believe therapy is most effective when it is individualized: to the setting, to the person, to their story. So my first goal in therapy is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment, filled with compassion, humor, and acceptance. It’s in that place where I work with clients to bring out the research-based, scientifically proven methods that will specifically work for them.
