I feel privileged to help guide clients on a journey toward living more fulfilling lives. Whether a client struggles with anxiety, depression, perfectionism or an eating disorder, my therapeutic style is to take a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach in our work together. I strive to meet clients wherever they are, and help them more towards where they want to be based on their own goals and values. I believe connection, collaboration and humor are essential qualities to foster a trusting and warm therapeutic environment where I will encourage vulnerability and risk taking to help client's move towards what is important to them.
