We do therapy because it works
Science, creativity, and skill-building create real change. Supporting individuals across the lifespan, from children and families to adults. Collaborate with us.
Our approach to care
The spirit of our approach is active and genuine. We embrace imperfection as a natural state of being and view mistakes as portals for learning. We regard humor and humility as invaluable tools and use them to change our perspectives.
- 01
Come as you are
If you have had multiple diagnoses and don’t even know where to begin, you’re our people. If you’ve never been to therapy in your entire life and have no idea what a therapy goal is, you’re our people. There is no problem too big and scary or too small and unimportant for us to approach. It’s you, it’s yours - and that’s enough.
- 02
We go everywhere
We offer individual treatment in office, virtually, and in the real world. We go where the problem lives, whether that is 30,000 feet in the air in a plane, your home, school, or the pit of your stomach.
- 03
Bring the village
We collaborate with schools, other providers and treatment centers, spouses, parents, coaches, and tutors. Whoever a client wants and needs in their corner, we work with to ensure positive change and support outside the therapy room.
- 04
Our team is the real deal
Our clinicians combine rigorous formal education with continuous professional development and lifelong learning spirits. We love what we do and continuously advancing our craft is a source of infinite reward. We present locally and nationally at conferences, teach at local universities, and host leaders in the field for workshops with our team.
Getting the right care
- STEP 1
We match you with the right therapist
Our intake coordinator will guide you through the process of finding the right therapist and logistics.
- STEP 2
Book an introduction before committing
Therapist match is key to a productive relationship and treatment outcomes. Speak with a therapist before committing to find the right fit for you.
- STEP 3
Get personalized treatment
The first stage of treatment is the intake, in which we get to know you, your history, establish therapy goals and together create a plan for your treatment. The next stage of treatment is beginning therapy and enacting your plan, flexibly and responsively, until you meet your goals.
Our team
Our team is grounded, empathic, and perceptive. We bring top-notch knowledge and compassion to our work with individuals and families. We work hard with you to go to those difficult places, internal and external, to develop resilience, courage, and calm.
